In that case, both a nylon fall and cracker can be attached to either a nylon bullwhip or even a leather one. If the fall and cracker are soaked in bleach before getting tied on then you could probably cut with them. Of course, there are plenty of other compications involved in keeping them sterile after the first cut, but I suppose there are some possibilities.

Of course, I wouldn't cut skin with a whip anyways because if your aim and/or timing is off, you could shatter a bone and that could be really nasty when it comes to the spine. But that's just me. (Even though I do have a guy offering to pay me to carve a symbol into his back. *shudders*)
