In other news. Please stop making this about age instead of mentality. If I were to have sex with someone that was 20 (5 years younger than myself) or someone that was 30 (5 years older than myself) would it be just as "disgusting"? No. The only thing that comes into play here is the LAW. Technically it's rape because he was under 18 years of age. That's statutory rape. As far as the drugs went... He's 15. By 15, in this day in age, he knew fully what he was getting involved with. Hell, the boy --RAN AWAY FROM HOME--. She did not abduct him. She made him an offer of drugs and sex and he accepted. He was NOT held against his will and I firmly believe that he did not engage in anything as less than a willing participant.

The five year difference between 15 and 20 is a lot bigger mentally then the ones between 20-25 or 25-30. A lot happens then. That study I read (I'll try to find it again) suggested that many teens his age DON'T fully comprehend the consequences of their actions. There was something about teens basically being a little crazy....
