Cut that shit out. Early grave waiting to happen. Tea/Coffee/Water/ food are your energy sources. Get a good high-protein meal replacement shake that's good energy too. (This is all assuming, the same as for me that either time is lacking or the 'energy' (lol) to make actual food is at a minimum so it needs to be convenient. The Truefit (or Lean1) powdered meal replacement shakes have been saving my life but they cost money so I can't get them like I'd like to. Energy drinks just give you energy at the cost of (over time) damage to your health. Once you get off them (I was on them for years) it takes a while but I don't miss them anymore. In a pinch diet coke, real coke will kill you also.

I just usually don't post whenever I'm drinking milk (usually organic), water (usually bottled or filtered), but I do post when I drink teas (usually lipton, Bigelow, Celestial Seasonings and Tazo). I do post my meal replacement shakes as seen above (Carnation) and Herbalife Formula 1 Meal Replacement Shakes. I post about my Met-Rx meal bars in the Now Eating thread. Due to my high metabolism, I am eating and drinking something all the time, but I pick and choose what I actually post about. Hmmm, come to think of it, maybe I should post everything I eat and drink. I stay on a steady stream of supplements due to my anemia and fibroids. And because I eat all the time, I keep a food journal to track my intake because sometimes I get so busy I forget to eat until my body starts feeling weak...then I remember. So I always keep something like a Met-Rx bar, snicker or fig bar on me with bottles of water riding around in my truck.
Stu
The "energy" is most so-called energy drinks is caffeine. Enough to kick my heart into high-gear. Your at-rest heart rate should be UNDER 90 bpm. Check it out after guzzling that Red Bull crap. Not good. So coffee and tea are "energy" drinks in that sense. Actually, if people simply drank enough water, a whole lot of problems get solved. Less fatigue, more "energy" (or what was once referred to as "vitality") and less crap like kidney or gall bladder stones. Easier weight loss, too. Hydration is life! I have an app on my phone that bitches at me to drink water. It was helpful for a long time but now I'm in the habit so I don't really use it anymore. TronRP
As there seems to be some concerns regarding what I post as "Now Drinking", I generally post what I am drinking at that particular moment as I pre-prepare one to two meals a day and eat on it for the rest of the day. So I've decided to post my food journal DGN style just for FYI purposes: 2-8oz Bottle of Water 8oz Herbalife Orange Boost Best Defense plus Simply Probiotic 10oz Vernors 16oz Ripit Power Accompanying Meal: https://www.detroitgothic.net/topic/46-now-eating/?do=findComment&comment=801945
