Prizes for Ms. Wheelchair Michigan, Inc.

Recommended Posts

The following was posted on one of the Freecycle groups I am on, just thought I'd post it here in case anyone wants to help out:

To Whom It May Concern:

I am the state coordinator for Ms. Wheelchair Michigan, Inc., which

is a statewide 501 © (3) nonprofit organization that coordinates a

yearly pageant to choose a female spokesperson for people with

disabilities.

We are in desperate need of prizes for the contestants. We have no

funding and work strictly off of donations. Because we are tax-

exempt, your company can claim this donation as a deductible on its

taxes. Your company will also receive full acknowledgement in the

pageant's program book.

The Ms. Wheelchair Michigan 2005 Pageant will be held over a two day

span on Thursday, March 30, 2006 and Friday, March 30, 2006. We

will be having a dinner and platform speech event on Thursday, March

30, 2006 from 6:00-8:00 P.M. and a reception on Friday, Friday,

March 30, 2006 following the crowning event from 8:00-10:00 P.M. It

will be held at the Southfield Civic Center, 26000 Evergreen Road,

Southfield, MI. The City of Southfield Parks and Recreation

Department is sponsoring the facility for the events.

If there are any further questions, I may be contacted at: (313) 864-

8776.

Thank you in advance for your help and support.

Sincerely,

Monica Smith

State Coordinator for Ms. Wheelchair America

President, Ms. Wheelchair Michigan Board of Directors
