Just got the new Hooverphonic album (had to import the sucker cause its not released yet on this side of the pond). Its called No More Sweet Music

Its amazing... I dont care if you liked Blue Wonder Power Milk or Jackie Cane the best. This album has the feel of everything they have done.

If you order the dual-disc import off amazon you get remixes and DVD "b-sides" to the discs with surround sound and enhanced stereo quality versions of both discs.

best track... You Hurt me. reminds me ALOT of Mad About You off Magnificent Tree.

if yer a fan of this belgium triphop perfection known as Hooverphonic this is a freakin MUST OWN.

I think the first two albums were the best, but it was a different singer on the first one, right? That song 2Wicky was cool. Though my favorite thing they've done was either the cover of Depeche Mode's 'Shake the Disease' or 'Renassaince Affair' which was in a car commercial a few years back. 'Pink Fluffy Dinosaurs' was a cool tune too.

yeah first album had a different singer. I liked her but Geike is just angelic. Mad About You, Lung, Nirvana Blue, and Human Interst are my fav songs she sings. OH! and CLub Montepulciano!

I sorta miss the guys singing too. Dictionary and Electroshock Faders both were great tracks.

If you prefer the older albums I thin you will still really liek this one. they have that electronic feel back again but with the "full" sound of Jackie Cane
