You're saying you are leaving becuase you mistrust people or they mistrust you? If you are so nice, why are you not liked? and if you think you're not liked, why even bother telling people you are leaving, why not just go? I'm sorry but it sounds to me like you are just trying to get attention.

Crank has been a long time member and poster on this board, and if he wants to make a post to get some attention , no newbie or any member should have a problem with that.

Crank...do what i do; stand in the shadows and if and when you see something you want to comment on then do it.

i have had trouble with people on here before, and i just let it go. Are they really worth the time? ask yourself that.

I don't know what is going on, but I like you, you're awesome. There are people on here that don't like me, and I really don't care, and I'm not letting them chase me away. Such is life - some people like you, some don't, just like you like some people and dislike others. You shouldn't let people chase you away. The people that you think don't like you are probably not a big part of your life anyway, so you shouldn't let it get to you. Stick around.

Crank, don't let all of life's stresses get you down. When the financial situation calms down the little things like who likes who won't matter much. It will eventally go back to partying as normal. Take care of the important things, even if it means just taking a break from the people giving you a hard time. Things will get better for you, I promise.

There's alot that could make a person leave. Crank is going through a level of stress I hope he'll never have to see again and feeling abandoned by people he trusted isn't helping.

However, not all your friends are lost to you quite yet, Crank. And, most of them were never lost in the first place. People always treat those of us with depression as if we have the plague, but that is because most people don't understand it or can't deal with it. Time will heal this. :clover

You know I actually spent a considerable amount of time thinking about this post, mostly because it seems ill tempered and I wanted to point that out. But, upon further thought it occured to me that this is why people suffer- to learn to appreciate things.

The thought pattern worked like this. I was thinking that you probably aren't familiar with the situation and thus don't have any attachment to it therefor an offhand comment like that doesn't seem so bad. However to the person that you are making the comment toward it more or less stings because you don't really care about the outcome. And, being that I do actually know Crank and I know a considerable amount of what he's going through I realize that the comment you made would hurt considerably. Then there's my regularly scheduled strange hop of a link to the next concept. Crank's more recent attitude toward things has been a depression, right now it seems like nothing is going well. But, there are things going well- not very many, but some. Next hop. Reading some of Brenda's posts connects the concepts to a more fluid, suffering should ideally cause us to learn to appreciate things so that we don't have to relearn that lesson.

I'm tired if that didn't make sense ignore it. If it did- hope it helped, cause in a way it helped me.

Crank wants me to announce that he isnt really leaving dgn, he was just having one of his manic moods and he greatly apoligizes about this. There was a bad conflict this morning which im not going ta be getting into details about. He's embarrased about this and will be taking a break from here for awhile. But he shall return.

Ditto this. I mean, I do go out of my way to try to invoke feelings in anyone that is judgemental without probable cause.....and I am still here....so If I can stay....certainly the king of peas HAS TOO!
