It didn't come off as an "I think", Amanda. A lot of your posts have been as such as of late. I have never, EVER directed anything angry at you. EVER. It isn't very wise of you to tell me how to do my job. I also didn't see where it was resolved.

No, you can do your job, that is fine with me. What I think (and I have just as much right to speak my mind, etc.) is unnecessary is you coming in and reprimanding me with "knock it off" when I had already knocked it off. If you were unsure as to whether or not it was resolved, then all you had to do was watch the topic and see; getting on my case about something that I had already forgotten about seems frivolous, that's all I'm saying.

I'll direct my shit at you as I see fit, Brenda, as you would/are with me. Being a mod doesn't mean you get to be a hypocrite.

Actually, Brenda was not right in directing comments Lulu's way, in the manner that she did so. Instead of inflaming the situation, as she obviously did, she should have left this whole second half of the "conversation" to PM. I believe it was Troy who originally said that things like this should be dealt off the public side of the board.

Basically, don't repremand someone in public. Do it in private, that way you don't get such a public outburst, as this has become.

I think Lulu was right in criticizing Brenda. Not in what she said but because all mods should be kept in check by the users. If it weren't for them they really wouldn't have anything to moderate. They keep the mods and administration in check.

On the flip side Brenda (and all mods) shouldn't be argued with because they are mods and their word is final say. Granted Brenda could have chosen her words more wisely, but so could LuluVox when she started this whole thing. They keep the users in check.

Granted I don't agree with everyone on the site but I don't really let anyone know it unless they start something first. I might say "I don't like you, please avoid me" but that is about it. If everyone had that policy there would be no problems at all.
