Can I vent? Well I'm gonna. :confused

I feel burned out! I have had a super rough year. The only time I have taken off in the last 1.5 years was for a funeral, being sick, my husbands surgery, my surgery, both of our wisdom teeth exctractions, and ONE day just to take a day off.

The last time I actually took time off to take time off was ooooohhh like July of 2004...when I went to Cedar Point for a few days before starting this job.

The last set of vacation tim before that was for like a week...and that was the summer before.

Now. My husband surprised me with a vacation to Disney for our anniversary/honeymoon that we never took.

So I'm kind of banking my time for that. He said he would take care of everything....OK! :woot:

We where talking about going in April. Which is now.....I don't think we are going in April......*taps foot crosses arms*

So I'm getting really antsy about it.

If he doesn't show me the tickets in hand and tell me we are going within the next month, I am going to take a week off and say SCREW disney!! ARG

AND not to mention, I have been working ALONE for like 2 weeks strait, and will be working another 2-3 weeks alone while my boss' wife recovers from surgery and then they go to CA.

Which means, I probably will not get to go to Disney until like 2-3-4 week of MAY?

This working alone thing is killing me, and I am feeling really burned out. For real. (I won't take time off for no reason....I feel too guilty, so something like a cold or someone dying will be the only reason other than a vacation)

BURNING OUT NOW......

fizzle fizzle pop

The best book for planning a Disney vacation is "The Unofficial Guide to ..." I've been to Disney world over a dozen times. I know the Magic Kingdom better than a lot of veteran park employees. I've read so many books and travel guides on DW, and "The Unofficial Guide" kicks ass.

Just thought I'd let you know. And good luck. :clover
