It's so weird... I look at pics of me back then & think "dayum, I was really cute!". But back then I was convinced I was only marginally attractive at best. What the hell was wrong with me? All you fair young lasses, let this be a lesson to you- when people tell you how beautiful you are, believe it! I'm kicking myself now over the opportunities I missed because of not having any confidence in my looks back then.

I'm kinda the same way, except I'm not barraged by people telling me how beautiful I am.

I know I have some level of attractiveness, but it's really hard convincing me I'm good looking.

I find it very strange when I do get those compliments.

Maybe if I was a little thinner

Maybe if I were a little bit toned

Maybe if my ears were smaller

Maybe if I was a little more successful

There's always a qualifier.

Until one day you stop getting the compliments and you realize, "Damn I missed the boat, didn't I?"

Especially when you see the kind of average looking guys/girls who do get action. And you ask your self why?

Why do they keep garnering attention......

Maybe if I was a little thinner

Maybe if I were a little bit toned

Maybe if my ears were smaller

Maybe if I was a little more successful.....

Those are just a few, my friend Lisa (the girl in the last picture) gets a few drinks in her and can't stop taking pictures, and then voila there's about 800 pics of my face on the internet. Good fun though. I kinda wish they'd let cameras into City Club, but then I can see why that would kinda ruin the atmosphere, all that constant flashing and such. Oh well.

Wow these are great! I love seeing people in their natural state not just posing.

I finally got some of my older pics scanned, so here are my favorites. These are all from about ages 20-29.

Dude, WTF are you talking about? if you were any thinner you'd waft away on the breeze...

Confidence, elan, & je ne sais quoi will outweigh looks most of the time. Having a reputation for mad skills in the horizontal arts doesn't hurt, either.

It's true... every pic I see of Bean is more striking than the one before. Those eyes! Those lips! All that gorgeous creamy skin! You better get it together or I will take her from you & train my cats to project fur & dander blasts at you if you try to come around :laugh: .

I know - I tell you all the time how saucy you are, but it goes in one ear and out the other...you are the sexy, just deal with it.

Maybe if I was a little thinner - I'm already afraid of hurting you when I lay my head on your tummy. If you were any thinner, you'd be invisible.

Maybe if I were a little bit toned - you are a little bit toned, silly

Maybe if my ears were smaller - If your ears were smaller, I wouldn't like them as much

Maybe if I was a little more successful - we've had a million conversations about this one, so I'm going to leave it alone for now

Thank you :blushing It's funny, I've always hated my skin (it's too red, too pale, too whatever), so your compliment really means a lot to me.

He threw my books on the floor so we started talking, soon there after we would show up early to class and turn every desk upside down except for ours and claim it was that way when we got there.

And then play FLA really friggen loud in your Firebird..... Yay the State!!!
