F&M

A.L. Price - similar to F&M

Kresge's

WoolWorth

Spartan's (not the grocery store - it was another Woolworth-type "dime" store)

14+ (also once called 16+ - I still own "gothy" clothing I bought there, t'was a great plus-sized store)

Penny Pincher - been in it's new incarnation lately? Lame, lame, lame.

Fuch's - herb/occult store in Ferndale.

Hudson's - Just doesn't feel the same shopping at "Field's". And I only got to go to the downtown store once in my life. =(

Mervyn's - I used to buy a LOT from there. Closed shortly after we moved back. =(

There's one in Royal Oak, I think it is. On Woodward.

... I'm pretty sure it's a remaining one. I don't think anyone could have bought out the name this fast.

i don't think so. i think harmony house closed for good, all of them, in like 2002.
