Wolfsheim Update as of May 4th 2006

this year schiller had a new cd out .. and a tour through germany .. peter heppner of wolfsheim toured alogn with schiler and one of the tour blog guys on the tour interviewd him .. the whole interview is in german but its sums up this

During the Schiller tour someone did an interview with Peter Heppner about his, Wolfsheims future and other aspects of touring and life. It's in German so I try to give common statements about what he said.

First priority is bringing out the dvd (double dvd, one with the german tour and one with the us-tour plus the single-cd Wundervoll) which has another delay caused by label-issues.

Then he will be working on a solo-project but of course continue with Wolfsheim

He might be working again with Schiller (they did for a single-remix of Wundervoll but also with new Schiller stuff)

He's not believing in myths but he believe that there are places where people can perform in a special way together what makes it a myth place when something good comes out of it.

Singing on stage is like meditation for him. He goes deep into the music and let out what's inside and that's why he need the textbook as he go down so deep that he forgot words but then concentrate on the textbook to bring out the right words.
