I have unexpectedly done something fantastic for myself. I know things have been down for me, rough physically, sore in the ways of love, difficult in my friendships and down right horrid in the fact that I usually have no confidence in things working out... :whistling

I lost 23 pounds off my ass Goths!

I went berzerk in my Dr. Office when the GYN said he wanted to weigh me and I started to grumble and then went into the office to slump in my seat. He was glad that my pain control Doc has been working but upset that my exercise has been very limited due to fybro & arthritis pain and then he asked "How'd you do this then?" and I asked him what. He said "Cat dear...you've not noticed anything off about your clothes? You had to have ...you're 20 pounds lighter!" The guy grabbed me and hugged me and was giggling with joy.

It's going to help with everything all over that I have less fat to bog down my progress and my drugs effects on things. I have to say that since I stick to my Weight Watcher/Jenny diet combo it's saving my life. I didn't really know how much I had lost but now that I do I have to try and get more off.

I outsmarted the fkn Disability lawyers too!

My doc wrote my a prescription to go swimming to loosen soft tissue pain via aqua therapy since they refused my physical therapy so HA to those pricks!

So who wants to go skinny dippin and where cuz I may be sore & slow but I'm so fuqin proud of me right now!

You have soe idea of how much pain I have on a daily basis and I am jujst so proud of me! I did SOMETHING right this year!

If you gals want a coach Id be so happy to help cuz I tell ya it was so damned easy.

I can get a sundress around $20.00 COTN but as far as more than that, I'm using my club money to buy something in the first place. Ooooo maybe another broomstick skirt or some shorts to show off some legs for a change.

I ALSO terminated some veins from showing up worse on my upper thigh near the hip by using the good ol' cocoa butter rubdown on it!

If my gimpy but can do this so can you my sexy ladies
